Working in collaboration with a highly respected scientific publisher to redefine the experience of their international customer base, a US based research firm needed support engaging industrial and post-doc academic chemists in the APAC region who had specific specialisms.
Solution
Through targeted search, screening, and selection with local language support used to further existing access, Polar Insight sourced 8 expert respondents for two group discussions.
Outcome
Knowing significantly more about the day-to-day use of the academic publication in question, our client was able to prepare and deliver a coherent, evidence-led plan to inform the future development of the publication.
