Setting up projects for success at the start is critical for achieving the outcomes our customers are looking for. That’s why, at the start of every project - however large or small - our team will hold a kick-off call with you to ensure our understanding of the project is in line with yours

During this stage, we carry out in-depth desk research, hold multiple internal team briefings and establish a recruitment plan that is focused around your project requirements and team.

Using in-house tools and techniques developed from recruiting thousands of experts for hundreds of research projects, we engage the audiences and experts you’re looking for, screening them to find people with the expertise and experience that matches your requirements.

Shortlisting only the very best respondents, our Expert Engagement Associates carefully select and share experts for your approval.

Once you're happy with the experts selected, we will schedule conversations / consultations with them into your diary, supported by a series of reminders ahead of each session.

As experts are identified and selected for interview, our customers are asked to comment on their suitability, enabling the very best sample to emerge. This can be an expert by expert basis or once or twice to confirm we’re still aligned.

In addition, following each project, a review call is scheduled providing both our customers and Polar Insight with dedicated time to listen, learn and improve for next time.
