We generally pay participants between $100 and $500 per session depending on the nature of the project. The amount will always be specified ahead of time and is for participation in one of our projects rather than registration.

Every research project is different so we’ll always run you through how the information collected during our projects is going to be used and in what format. You’ll always be given a chance to view our terms, as well as ask any questions you might have about the process. Our team is always here to help.

Usually around 30-90 minutes in length, Polar Insight interviews are used primarily to learn about your role and the industry you operate in as well as to give you a chance to provide your feedback and opinion on ideas and innovations that our clients are testing. They are conducted by trained researchers, many of whom have carried out hundreds (if not thousands) of interviews like this during their career. Participation is entirely voluntary and as with any business to business interaction you are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing.
