Polar Insight has appointed Robyn Summers as its new Director; Client Operations.
In this role, Robyn will lead the consultancy’s efforts to maximise client impact, ensure delivery excellence, and create scalable systems that enhance both experience and outcomes across every engagement.
Robyn Summers is a sharp, solutions-driven leader with a track record of turning big, complex projects into calm, focused delivery. With 8 years of experience across research, consultancy, and client-facing project management, she’s built a reputation for being the person who gets things done — thoughtfully, fast, and to a ridiculously high standard.

Before joining Polar Insight, Robyn led global research programmes at Thomson Reuters, where she combined process rigour with insight storytelling to drive clarity for clients across legal and professional services. She’s PRINCE2 certified, MBA-trained, and known for building systems that don’t just work — they make people’s lives easier.
At Polar Insight, Robyn will focus on sharpening delivery frameworks, building a culture of continuous improvement, and making it easier for clients to access fast, high-confidence insights. The role reflects the company’s wider commitment to aligning operations with long-term client value — delivering not just data, but tangible momentum.
James Tattersfield, CEO of Polar Insight, said:
“ We intentionally created the Head of Value role in our business to put client experience and ROI at the centre of everything we deliver — not just as a promise in a proposal, but as a standard and benchmark against which we can measure ourselves and our work day to day. Robyn brings the operational discipline, commercial clarity, and empathy needed to deliver on that ambition. She’s joining at a pivotal time as we scale from service provider to growth partner and we’re looking forward to working alongside and learning from Robyn on that ascent. ”
Robyn adds:
“ What drew me to Polar Insight was a shared ambition — to not just deliver work, but to genuinely move the needle for our clients. I’ve always been passionate about turning complexity into clarity and building teams that clients can trust to deliver, every time. This role gives me the space to do both — and to help shape what it means to be a true growth partner, not just a provider. My goal is to make every project feel seamless, intentional, and impactful — the kind of work that makes clients want to come back, and stay.”
